Waveney Windows Ltd was established in 1977 and has been carrying out installations ever since. A family-owned business, we have been serving clients throughout Suffolk, Norfolk, East Anglia and parts of the UK. In 1996 we joined the Consumer Protection Association (CPA) and became able to provide our customers additional protection in the form of an insurance-backed guarantee on all our products. The CPA is an independent and highly regarded trade body that also provides us with a quarterly report of feedback obtained directly from our customers. By constantly acting on this feedback, to date, we have maintained exemplary grades, which helped us win the CPA National Consumer Protection Award in 1999, and we will safeguard our valued reputation into the future.

We are FENSA Registered

FENSA, Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme, is an administration and inspection scheme which aims to improve outcomes for the glass and glazing federation and industry. As a FENSA registered company, we must pass random inspections during and after installation. Inspections cover fire safety, access for people who are disabled and more. Any installation done by a firm which is not registered to self-certify, or done as a DIY project by a householder, will need full local authority approval under the building regulations.
