I met Nigel Saywood, Design Consultant, initially on 22/3 to discuss and agree the project, and he visited on a number of occasions subsequently to check on progress. 

From the outset, I was impressed with his approach, manner and knowledge as we discussed the options available and associated costs. His was the only quote I obtained, such was my confidence, which has not been misplaced. Nigel is an excellent 'shop window' for your organisation. 

Once planning had been granted, the construction of the conservatory progressed seamlessly. As one trade finished, the next one started, culminating in the internal plastering. 

All of the personnel involved were hard working, polite and tidy. I was kept informed of progress at every stage and advised of deliveries, absence etc. 

I would have no hesitation in recommending Waveney Windows to any prospective customer."
